The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs for cancelled orders are refunded. You can find the cancellation and return link in the top menu bar.
Custom-made products are non-returnable. Upon return, the order is refunded in full, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Custom-made products cannot be returned or cancelled; please ensure you provide the correct measurements. Made-to-measure
Fees are charged via invoice once the customer has signed the agreement. The order is binding upon the signing of the agreement and cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise agreed.
Online store
Products ordered from the online store are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can locate the return button on the website or contact us via email. A full refund will be issued once the product has been shipped and has arrived back at the studio. The customer is responsible for the product during the return shipment. I recommend using a tracking code, as the refund is processed only after the product has returned to the studio. Digital patterns are not eligible for return or exchange.

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
1. Instructions for use
Jewelry and clothing are intended for external use only. Decorative items are intended for decorative purposes only. Jewelry, clothing, and accessories are not intended to be eaten or used as toys.
2. Hazard information for jewelry and clothing
Some products contain small parts that may detach (beads, zippers, chains, clasps, buttons, etc.). Keep these products away from small children, as detached parts pose a choking hazard. The jewelry components are made of stainless steel, gold-plated steel, or silver. They are nickel-free. If a skin reaction occurs, I recommend removing the product and consulting a doctor. Zippers and buttons contain plastic.
3. Maintenance
Garments with prints can be machine-washed at 40°C. Do not tumble dry. For embroidered garments, gentle hand washing is recommended; alternatively, they can be cleaned by placing them in a freezer (or outdoors in cold weather). A gentle machine wash is possible, but using a laundry bag is recommended to protect the embroidery. Do not tumble dry. Washing embroidered headbands, berets, and hair bows is not recommended.
Every product has a free repair servises!
4. Material composition
The metal parts of the jewelry intended for skin contact are made of stainless steel and may feature color coatings, such as gold or silver. Other metal parts may contain various metal alloys. The metal parts are nickel-free. Clothing and fabric accessories are made primarily of linen or cotton; the percentages of other materials are specified on the respective products. The base of the headband is made of plastic. Zippers and buttons contain plastic. Packaging materials consist of recyclable paper and cardboard. The packaging tape is made of paper. The wooden parts of the earrings are made of certified Finnish birch.
5. Storage and maintenance
Store your products in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent damage to the color or material structure. Keep jewelry in a pouch or box to avoid scratches and damage. Jewelry can be cleaned with a damp cloth; dry immediately.
6. Avoiding chemicals
Contact with chemicals—such as perfumes, hairsprays, cleaning agents, or lotions—can damage the jewelry's material and alter its color. Remove the jewelry before using such products. Bleach or other harsh chemicals can damage the embroidery and fabric.
7. Destruction
Dispose of the products in accordance with local regulations. Sort materials by type and dispose of unsorted materials with regular household waste. It is recommended that garments in good condition be reused or donated for recycling.
8. Compliance with product safety standards
Our products comply with applicable European safety standards and are manufactured in accordance with the
(EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and the Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC (GPSR).
