What is the return policy?

Products purchased from the online store (excluding digital products) are subject to a 14-day right of return. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are some purchases final?

Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, these products come with an extended repair service!

When will I receive my order?

I aim to ship online store products within one week. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method but is typically 2–7 days. Custom-made products are completed within 2–24 weeks, depending on the scope of the work.

Where are your products manufactured?

The products are manufactured in Finland.

The fabrics used are sourced from Finland and the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia). The headband bases come from China. Beads and jewelry components are sourced from Estonia, Finland, and Poland.

The printed fabrics are produced in Poland.

How much does delivery cost?
