What is your return policy?

Products purchased online (excluding digital products) have a 14-day return policy. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Are some purchases final?

Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, these products do come with an extended repair service!

When will I receive my order?

Online store products are typically shipped within one week. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option, but it is usually 2-7 days. Custom-made products are completed within 2-24 weeks, depending on the size of the work.

Where are your products manufactured?

The products are manufactured in Finland.

The fabrics used in the products are ordered from Finland and the Baltic countries (Latvia/Lithuania/Estonia). Headband bases from China. Beads and jewellery components from Estonia, Finland and Poland. Printed fabrics are produced in Poland.

How much does delivery cost?

Domestic shipping in Finland costs €3-20 depending on the size of the package, free shipping to orders over 90€. European shipping is 7€ for letter and 15-37€ packages. International shipping is 27-40€.
